NCAA bracket blog

Yeah, I don't follow college basketball at all, so i expect that i did horribly. I made my bracket based mostly off of rankings, but i had a few lower ranked teams win just so it looked like i knew what i was doing. Really, if i hadn't have seen the rankings, i would have thought that kansas is a wimpy little team that cant beat anyone. The real bracket, in my oppinion, was the historical figure bracket, just because it's teh one time you can ask yourself, who would win, simon bolivar or buddha. Overall in my ncaa bracket, i probably did reasonably well due to the rankings, but not so great compared to someone who had the least bit of knowledge what they were doing.

Hey guys,

My grades for the 3rd quarter were good, but not as good as they could have been, so i have some improvement to make for the fourth quarter. The first thing I need to do is get at least an A- in Math, because I screwed up my grades in the 1st semester with a B+. After that, I need to dobetter in chinese, because my chinese grade went down from an A to an A- in the 3rd quarter. another thing i need to remember to do in all subjects is make sure I am not missing any assignments, which could signifigantly hurt my grade. In the 3rd quarter for history, I was unaware that I was missing a 100 point assignment, and didn't find out until the quarter had already ended. This turned out to knock my grade down to my only B+. I guess the lesson there for me is I have to be more organised, and stay above an A- just incase some misunderstanding like that bumps me down a third. Other that that, however, I think I am set in my other classes for the fourth quarter, and just need to brace myself for finals, which, although brutal, also signal the end of the school year :)

Blog 24 (my life)

Umm, yeah. I always hate describing my life, because it is pretty boring. I was born on November 14, 1992 at bryn mawr hospital, went to wayne central nursery school, and came to haverford in Jr. K. I've been here for 11 years, longer than my brother's been alive lol, which has been pretty uneventful. I've lived in the same house since i was born. On june 2, 1996, my sister was born, and she is currently in 6th grade at agnes irwin. My brother was born on december 29, 1999 (so close to new millenium!), and he's currently in 2nd grade at haverford. Those are pretty much the basics

Since i hardly remember anything about my early life, i'll give you the more recent stuff. In middle school, i was in the delta dragon house, and got all the coolest advisors :) (turner, cheyney, avery). IN 7th grade, mrs. cheyney got me started on 24, which was amazing, and it was all we talked about at advisory. Avery was the only advisor i really got to know very well, because i didn't do choir that year (thanks Mr. Stroud). Since this year started, I have done glee club, debate, winter track, and i am just starting crew. All these activities are great, and i would recommend anyone who thinks they either have a bit of spar time or are good enough at arguing to come out for debate, because me and desatnick are the only freshmen. At about 8:00 tonight, i was let down by the fact that this blog was going to be like this. Ok, seeya.

First off, i have to say that weswt side story was amazing, especially the officer krupke scene, which must have taken ages to rehearse. One question was, i heard mrs. ciotti say that heston was doing the play, but i didn't see him. Does anyone remember what his role was? It's probably just because you don't recognise people when they have 3 gallons of hairgel on, but he also could have had a behind the scenes position. I almost didn't see the show, because it was sold out for friday night. I ended up hunting down mr. cloran and getting a position as an usher, which was very lucky. I also have to say, great job stage crew, the spraypaint was awsome on so many levels, and the prop gun startled me, which was perfect. Overall, the one question i pose to you all is, west side story, Great play, or greatest play?

blog 22

Sorry, i have forgotten to blog for a while. Anyway, super smash bros just cam out, and it's pretty good. it reminds me a lot of the old n64 game. The only thing i wish was that they would bring back the old starfox map.

Also, i saw vantage point this weekend, which was amazing. It showed a ton of different views of the same 20 minutes, and it was the most unrealistic amazing movie i ever saw. The secret service agent was hit by an 18 wheeler and nothing happened. SEE IT.
